• Responsibilities

   

  • In this role, you will ensure that each museum display case is assembled with precision, quality and efficiency, so that the customer receives a perfectly finished product that meets the highest standards.
  • You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
  • You ensure the timely and quality assembly of museum showcases according to specifications.
  • You coordinate and monitor the assembly team to achieve production and quality targets.
  • You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the production process.
  • You optimise personnel planning and deployment for maximum efficiency.
  • You identify and solve technical or quality problems or bottlenecks in the assembly process.
  • You train and develop team members to increase skills and performance.
  • You collaborate with other departments such as engineering for seamless production.
  • You ensure adequate inventory management and material availability for continuous production.
  • You will report production performance to the Operatons Manager.
