Last week, our Ghent headquarters transformed into a hub of creative energy as our colleagues from across all departments came together for our semiannual Meyvaert Days (January 13-17). The event showcased (pun intended) exactly what powers our success: the unique combination of technical excellence and imaginative problem-solving that sets our team apart.
In one standout activity, teams tackled an unconventional engineering challenge: constructing paper bridges capable of supporting six pétanque balls. The solutions revealed the same ingenuity our specialists bring to their daily work in museum showcase innovation.

The week delivered tangible results. Teams sharpened their presentation techniques through hands-on workshops, elevating our ability to communicate complex technical solutions to clients. Through focused brainstorming sessions and product demonstrations, specialists from different departments exchanged expertise and uncovered new approaches to ongoing projects.

"I think I couldn't have been luckier with the colleagues I have here," shared one team member, capturing the spirit of mutual support that drives our success. This sentiment came to life during our New Year's celebration, where 90 colleagues gathered to mark our achievements and spark conversations about future innovations.
