"Today, June 6th, 2024, marks the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings along the Normandy coast during World War II. This event, which ultimately led to the liberation of Europe, will be commemorated all over the world today!"

 

As a Belgian based company we are very aware of the sacrifices made during the allied efforts on D-Day and beyond, with our own freedom today being a direct result of the gigantic efforts that started 80 years ago today. We never take this for granted.

One small part of this epic story is told at the Normandy American Cemetery Visitor Centre at Colleville-sur-Mer in France. This project allowed us to be a small part of the team telling the story of these brave people by presenting, preserving & protecting their historic artefacts, such as books, letters and uniforms.
