A good start is half the battle. We invest heavily in a professional, tailor-made induction process so that you can make a flying start within our group.
Even before you start, we will inform all your colleagues about your arrival. With an introduction written by you personally, they will get to know you even before your first day on the job!
Your first weeks will be all about integration. We will draw up a tailor-made introduction plan so that you can quickly get an overview of all of the departments and your colleagues in the group and have a clear idea of the tools available to you.
In your personal training plan, we will draw up an overview of the expertise you will need to grasp and all of the aspects you will need to master the job. Under the careful guidance of your manager, you will gradually take on your responsibilities.
We will stay by your side during your start-up period. We will sit down together after one month, and again after three months, to discuss how you are feeling and whether adjustments to your training programme are necessary.
We will also make time for an interim performance review and an annual performance review with your manager. Our team remain constantly available to support you as you grow and learn.
